  • Standard Shipping: Inside Kuwait [ we offer free delivery inside Kuwait, it may take 1- 2 business days to deliver your purchase] 
  • International Shipping: shipping costs may differ from one country to another, it will be calculated at the checkout page, it may take 1-3 business days to ship your products. 

  1. Processing Time We strive to process and ship all orders within [1-2] business days. However, please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing time may take longer.

  2. Delivery Time Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email

  3. Shipping Restrictions We currently only ship within the [Middle east Countries]. Please note that some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs or other regulations.

  4. Shipping Fees and Taxes Shipping fees and taxes are calculated based on the shipping option selected at checkout and the destination of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional fees and taxes.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
